1. Not Financial Advice
Bobalor is an informational platform that measures social-media mindshare about financial instruments — it does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice of any kind. The Bubble Radar, conviction scores, stance classifications, signal types, and all editorial content on Bobalor represent an analysis of publicly available social media commentary only. The "bubble" terms we use — the stages, BubbleIndex, and the Bubble Radar — describe how intensely the panel is talking about a ticker; they say nothing about its price or value. What the creators on our panel say is their own opinion: Bobalor reports and measures it, and does not verify it. Nothing on Bobalor is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. By using Bobalor, you acknowledge that: you are using the platform for informational and research purposes only; past social-media sentiment does not predict future price performance; you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions; and Bobalor is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to the weekly letter, or otherwise using Bobalor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Bobalor uses YouTube API Services; by using Bobalor, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. We may update these Terms as described in Section 12 below; if you keep using Bobalor after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. The agreement consists of these Terms, which are always available on bobalor.com in English and Swedish; we do not file a separate copy for each account. When you sign up you can correct what you have entered before you send it, and we confirm your account by e-mail.
3. Description of Service
Bobalor analyzes publicly available YouTube videos from a curated panel of finance-focused channels, scores mentions of tickers for conviction and signal type, and presents the results as the Daily Bubble Brief, the Bubble Radar, and related pages (Tickers, Watchlist). Summaries and classifications are generated automatically by AI and are not reviewed by hand. Bobalor is free to read today; Section 6 explains what that means for paid plans. Bobalor may add, change, or remove features, pages, or data sources for the reasons given in Section 12.
4. Your Account
You must provide accurate, current information when creating a Bobalor account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bobalor.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others, transfer it, or create an account on behalf of someone else without our permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You may share single readings, or screenshots of single pages, with Bobalor named as the source and a link to bobalor.com. You may not extract or re-use all or a substantial part of Bobalor's data, or extract insubstantial parts repeatedly and systematically. Automated access is allowed for search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt; any other automated access needs our written permission. You may not: use Bobalor's data or output to build or supply a competing product without our prior written permission; attempt to access another user's account or data; present Bobalor's output as personalized financial advice to a third party; or create or use an account for unauthorized automated access. Nothing in this section limits what the law allows you to do with an insubstantial part of Bobalor's data. If you believe something on Bobalor is illegal, write to info@bobalor.com, with the address of the content and why. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, as described in Section 11. If you break this section and a third party brings a claim against Bobalor because of it, you will compensate Bobalor for the resulting loss, to the extent the law allows.
6. Price and Paid Plans
Bobalor is free to read today, and nothing on Bobalor can be bought. Paid plans are described on our Pricing page and are not yet available. Before you can buy anything, we will show you the price including VAT, what the plan contains, and how to withdraw from the purchase, and we will update these Terms as described in Section 12. When paid plans start, you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund a period that has already begun, unless the law gives you a right to a refund. If you are a consumer you may also withdraw from a purchase within the period the law gives you; if you have asked for the service to start straight away and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate share of the price for what you have already received. We will give at least 30 days' notice before we change or discontinue the free plan for existing free users.
7. Intellectual Property
Bobalor's analysis is derived from publicly available YouTube content; we do not claim ownership of that underlying content. Our own contributions — the conviction-scoring methodology, bubble-stage classification, editorial writing, software, and design — are owned by Bobalor and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without our written permission, except as Section 5 allows. The parameters of our scoring are confidential. Bobalor's compilations of data, including its readings, rankings and the database behind them, are protected as a catalogue under the Swedish Copyright Act (upphovsrättslagen, 49 §), whether or not a single item is protected by copyright. Bobalor reserves the right to text and data mining of its content under 15 a § of that Act and Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790; the reservation is also stated in machine-readable form on bobalor.com.
8. Personal Data
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your account rests on the contract these Terms form, and we run and improve the service on the basis of our legitimate interests; we rely on your consent only for product analytics and for the weekly letter by e-mail, and you can withdraw it at any time.
9. Availability and No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. Bobalor measures what a panel of creators says; it is not a forecast, and it can be wrong, incomplete, or late. We do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime commitment or a formal service-level agreement, and planned or unplanned downtime may occur, including during Bobalor's current development phase. We aim to keep the Daily Bubble Brief and the Bubble Radar running reliably, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this section limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bobalor and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or investment losses of any kind, including loss from acting on what you read on Bobalor. Our total liability for direct loss arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim and (b) 100 USD. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights that cannot be waived. Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), such as outages at our hosting or data providers and changes made by a platform we rely on. Social-media sentiment data is inherently imperfect and may contain errors, omissions, or delays; you use Bobalor's output at your own risk, consistent with Section 1.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Bobalor and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close your account with reasonable notice if you break these Terms, misuse the service, or the law requires it, and with immediate effect where there are serious grounds, such as a security risk or unlawful use. If we restrict your account or remove content you have uploaded, such as a profile photo, we tell you why, unless the law prevents us. When your account is closed, your access to it ends. Sections 1, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13 and 14 continue to apply after your account is closed.
12. Changes to Bobalor and to These Terms
We may change the service and these Terms for reasons such as a change in law, security, a change in the data sources or platforms Bobalor relies on (for example in YouTube's API or terms), or a change in how the service works. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a material change to these Terms, in the service or by e-mail to the address on your account, before it takes effect. You can close your account before then. If you keep using Bobalor after the change takes effect, you accept the changed Terms. Changes that only give you more rights, or that the law requires, take effect at once.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Bobalor will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
14. General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a buyer of the business or the service. We will tell you in advance, and you may close your account before the transfer if you do not want to continue. If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms are written in English and Swedish. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
