Terms of Service

1. Not Financial Advice

Bobalor is an informational platform that measures social-media mindshare about financial instruments — it does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice of any kind. The Bubble Radar, conviction scores, stance classifications, signal types, and all editorial content on Bobalor represent an analysis of publicly available social media commentary only. Nothing on Bobalor is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. By using Bobalor, you acknowledge that: you are using the platform for informational and research purposes only; past social-media sentiment does not predict future price performance; you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions; and Bobalor is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Bobalor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time as described in Section 12 below; continued use of Bobalor after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Description of Service

Bobalor analyzes publicly available YouTube videos from a curated panel of finance-focused channels, scores stock and asset mentions for conviction and signal type, and delivers the results as the Daily Bubble Brief, the Bubble Radar, and related surfaces (Tickers, Watchlist). The service is provided on a freemium basis across the Free Reader, Tier 1 Trader, and Tier 2 Insider plans described in Section 6. Bobalor may add, change, or remove features, surfaces, or data sources at its discretion.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating a Bobalor account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bobalor.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others, transfer it, or create an account on behalf of someone else without our permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Bobalor by automated means; republish Bobalor's conviction scores, bubble stages, or editorial content without clear attribution and a link back to bobalor.com; use Bobalor's data or output to build or supply a competing product without our prior written permission; attempt to access another user's account or data; present Bobalor's output as personalized financial advice to a third party; or create or use an account for unauthorized automated access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Payment Terms

Bobalor is offered on three plans: Free Reader ($0/month), Tier 1 Trader ($19/month), and Tier 2 Insider ($39/month), each described in more detail on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our payment processor; Bobalor does not store your full card details. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial months. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable advance notice; for the free tier specifically, we will give at least 30 days' notice before modifying or discontinuing it for existing free users.

7. Intellectual Property

Bobalor's analysis is derived from publicly available YouTube content; we do not claim ownership of that underlying content, and we credit source creators and videos wherever we cite them. Our own contributions — the conviction-scoring methodology, bubble-stage classification, editorial writing, software, and design — are owned by Bobalor and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without our written permission, except as expressly allowed for personal use under Section 5.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection, use, and retention of your personal data — and of the underlying pipeline data behind Bobalor's analysis — is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Bobalor you consent to the data practices described there.

9. Service Availability & SLA

Bobalor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime commitment or formal service-level agreement, and scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur, including during the active development phase described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to keep the Daily Bubble Brief and Bubble Radar running reliably, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bobalor and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Social-media sentiment data is inherently imperfect and may contain errors, omissions, or delays; you use Bobalor's output at your own risk, consistent with Section 1.

11. Termination

You may stop using Bobalor and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or for other reasonable business or legal cause, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to access paid features ends, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 6.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service or to legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email. Continued use of Bobalor after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Bobalor will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
